Job description

The Hansen Elementary School is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve
as a school aide for the 2026-2027 school year.
We are a community that values equity, social-emotional learning, and inclusive access to engaginglearning experiences for all students, and as such, candidates should feel comfortable filling in across all grade levels and in a variety of roles within the school.
The Hansen Elementary School is looking for a candidate that possesses the following traits:

  • Flexible and patient
  • Creates a welcoming environment for all students
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
  • Support a wide range of students during lunch.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and training as required within the workday.
  • Supervise students as needed during unstructured times such as recess or lunch.

Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Principal, Team Chair, or Administrative Assistant.
Compensation: $20/hour
The position is part-time, 2-3 hours per day.
