Job description

Business Development - Sales & Costing Specialist (EMS / Electronics)
A global EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company is seeking a Sales & Costing Specialist to support new business development, cost estimation, and supply chain coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone with EMS experience who wants to be involved in pricing, customer negotiations, and global supply chain development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates based on customer drawings and specifications
  • Source pricing from electronic component suppliers
  • Develop and optimize supply chains for new programs
  • Prepare and present quotations to customers
  • Negotiate pricing and support new business acquisition
  • Coordinate with global EMS sites for product launch (NPI)
  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualifications
  • Experience in costing or purchasing within an EMS company
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of electronic components and supply chain processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
