Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: $15 - $16 per hour

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Assemblers to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to our production process, requiring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing equipment, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with production specifications.
  • Utilize various hand tools, including crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, soldering irons, and press-fit tools.
  • Accurately position and place small parts on a moving conveyor belt at a steady pace.
  • Operate light industrial and manufacturing equipment as needed to support production.
  • Ensure product quality by conducting visual inspections and adhering to assembly guidelines.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions while meeting production quotas.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track production progress, manage inventory, and document assembly processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies and workplace procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Basic math skills to ensure accuracy in production.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
