Job description

We are hiring an entry-level Electronics production operator to help protect and finish electronic circuit boards (PCBs). This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, assembly, or electronics experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with small parts.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare electronic circuit boards for protective coating (masking, cleaning, setup)
  • Apply coatings using spray, dip, or automated equipment
  • Inspect parts under UV light for quality and defects
  • Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
  • Complete production paperwork and quality logs
  • Follow safety and chemical-handling procedures
  • Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or production experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and hand dexterity
  • Comfortable handling small electronic components
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • Willing to learn manufacturing and quality standards
  • Must pass E-Verify and background check
  • Must be available for overtime and Saturdays

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Overtime available as needed (optional)
