We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented entry-level Electronics Assembler to join our microelectronics manufacturing team. This position supports the assembly of precision high-frequency electronic components and subassemblies used in RF and microwave applications.

The ideal candidate has good hand dexterity, strong attention to detail, and interest or experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or small mechanical assembly work.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Perform hand assembly of precision electronic and microwave components

โ€ข Solder small electronic parts and connectors using microscope and fine hand tools

โ€ข Assemble aluminum housings, RF modules, and silver-plated circuit assemblies

โ€ข Handle delicate electronic materials and components with care

โ€ข Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and process documentation

โ€ข Inspect assemblies for workmanship and quality standards

โ€ข Maintain clean and organized workstations

โ€ข Support rework, touch-up, and basic troubleshooting as needed

โ€ข Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and general manufacturing safety procedures

Qualifications

โ€ข Basic soldering experience preferred but not required

โ€ข Ability to work with very small parts and precision hand tools
