Sales Engineer - Chagrin Falls, OH - JOB 26-00251 Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 (plus $30K - $75K yearly commissions) Permanent Position with Benefits A growing Chagrin Falls, Ohio area design and build engineering firm seeking a top-notch Sales Engineer to drive growth and provide technical expertise for this industry leader in electrical protection solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a technical advisor and strategic partner, servicing established clients and developing new ones for the Midwest USA and Canada. This is a stable, growing manufacturer dedicated to modernizing critical electrical infrastructure across the world.

Responsibilties Serve as the primary technical point of contact and lead growth strategies for your region Provide application guidance and product selection expertise to electrical service providers and specifying engineers Proactively engage end-users and influence project specifications to favor URC solutions Deliver engaging technical seminars and training sessions to technicians and executives Engage with customers on-site with travel up to 70% (air and ground) Qualifications Must be a current Ohio Resident (Greater Cleveland area preferred) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field 3–5 years of proven success in technical sales, preferably within industrial or electrical markets Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts; familiarity with CRM/Salesforce High integrity, self-motivated, and capable of managing a large multi-state territory independently Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
