We're looking for Inside Electrical Salespeople to join our growing team and be at the forefront of our company's success. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet their home service requirements. Your goal will be to convert leads into satisfied customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Responding to Customers: Answer incoming calls, emails, or text from prospective customers regarding installation.
  • Outreach: Reach out to customers previously quoted by install supervisors, prioritizing leads that were ran the day prior. Set follow up calls with hot leads.
  • Problem Solving: Assess customer needs, budget, and potential for sales, set follow up date based on likelihood of close.
  • Closing Sales: Work to close deals with customers, handling objections effectively and guiding them toward a final decision offering reasonable discounts to complete installation.
  • Building Relationships: Establish rapport with prospective and returning customers to increase loyalty and future sales.
  • Service Titan Updates: Log customer information, sales activity, and pipeline status into Service Titan.
  • Finance Options: Have a clear understanding of what financing options are available to customers, application processes, and what dealer fees associated.
  • Documentation: Ensure customer signs appropriate sales agreements and financing documents.
  • Installation Coordination: After the sale, ensure seamless communication between sales and service/installation teams for customer scheduling.
  • Staying Informed: Learn about electrical products, including new equipment, energy-efficient systems, and rebates or incentives.
  • Educating Customers: Explain the features, benefits, and value of electrical solutions, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
  • Collaborate with Field: Utilize install supervisors for information on customers, design and options provided.
  • Participating in Meetings: Attend daily or weekly team huddles to discuss goals, performance, and updates.
  • Daily Call/Text/Email: Meet targets for outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion attempts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share daily or weekly updates on sales performance and activity metrics.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A prepared resume and excellent references.
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
  • Ability and willingness to attend training and classes.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
  • Residency within 35 miles of Kennesaw.
