  • Supervision of industrial electricians in a mill setting.
  • Managing employee schedules
  • Scheduling and preparing work orders
  • Assisting with parts and inventory control, payroll, and preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports
  • Troubleshooting and failure analysis skills (formal training preferred)
  • Development of the maintenance electrical team members
  • Commitment to top performance in a safe work environment is necessary.
  • Ensure productivity, housekeeping and quality of work standards are maintained within the electrical maintenance department.
