We're seeking a skilled Electronics Engineering Technician who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and supporting advanced electronic systems-playing a direct role in ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do Troubleshooting, Repair & Calibration
  • Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies down to the component level using schematics and advanced test equipment
  • Perform final assembly, calibration, and testing of electrical test and measurement products
  • Service and repair customer-returned equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Documentation & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including repair logs and inventory tracking
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and quality control standards to ensure compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
Customer Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance
  • Partner with engineering, production, sales, and purchasing teams to support product improvements
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring Education & Experience
  • Associate degree in Electronics (or equivalent military/technical training)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and standard software applications
Additional Strengths
