Job Description
  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing business

  • Understand prospective client's business objectives and customize training to meet their needs

  • Inside and outside sales experience. Modest and occasional travel required (5%-10% time)

  • Experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals

  • Comfortable and Confident calling at the CIO, CFO, & CEO levels of target companies.

  • Coordinate with customer on account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements

  • Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated with a desire to make money!
Qualifications
  • B2B sales experience (3-5 years min) (SaaS preferred)

  • Aggressive, motivated, and consistently meeting sales targets

  • Solid understanding of business, sales processes and recruitment processes

  • Ability to manage multiple client and contractor relationships

  • Strong communication, organizations & presentation skills are essential

  • Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset needed

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, as well as critical thinking skills needed

  • Ability to execute negotiations with clients and IT contractors
