To thrive as an EDI Executive, you need a solid understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI) standards, data mapping, and supply chain processes, typically supported by a relevant degree or EDI certifications. Familiarity with EDI platforms (like SPS Commerce or IBM Sterling), ERP systems, and data integration tools is crucial.
