EDI Directors are professionals who oversee and manage an organization's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations and strategies. Their primary responsibility is to ensure seamless electronic communication and data exchange between the company and its business partners, such as suppliers, customers, and vendors. EDI Directors lead teams, coordinate with IT and business departments, implement EDI solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. They also work to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data security within EDI systems.
