Reporting within the Industrial Power Generation Product & Strategy organization, the Product Management Director - Packaged Power Solutions will define and execute the product strategy for packaged gas turbine solutions supporting global power generation markets.

This role translates customer, market, and application requirements into scalable product offerings that deliver reliable, efficient, and flexible power solutions. Working across commercial, engineering, operations, service, and partner organizations, the leader will help shape the ecosystem, business models, and execution framework required to support sustainable growth and customer success across multiple regions and applications.

As a Product Management Director - Packaged Power Solutions, you will be Responsible for:Product Strategy & Portfolio Development
  • Developing and executing the strategy for packaged power generation solutions across key applications, regions, and market segments.
  • Assessing market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technology developments to guide portfolio priorities.
  • Partnering with commercial and engineering organizations to translate market requirements into differentiated product offerings.
  • Supporting long-term portfolio planning and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Market & Ecosystem Development
  • Building and maintaining relationships with strategic industry participants across the power-generation value chain.
  • Evaluating partnership opportunities that enhance market reach, customer value, and execution capabilities.
  • Contributing to ecosystem-development strategies that support sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.

Commercial Strategy Support
