This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Creative, and E-Commerce. The ideal candidate understands how strong digital merchandising, accurate product information, thoughtful website design, and a seamless customer journey work together to drive e-commerce growth.


What You'll Do

● Manage day-to-day website updates and ensure AndersonOrd.com remains accurate, current, and aligned with the brand.

● Build and maintain product listings, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, variants, sizing, features, tags, and Shopify metafields.

● Merchandise products and collections based on new arrivals, inventory, seasonality, campaigns, best sellers, and business priorities.

● Assist with website design, homepage updates, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, banners, and other digital content.

● Support Shopify apps, integrations, and website functionality, including testing, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

● Coordinate website execution for new product launches, collections, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

● Improve product discovery through website search, filters, product organization, recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling.

● Conduct regular website QA across desktop and mobile to identify product errors, broken links, outdated content, and customer experience issues.

● Support SEO best practices across product and collection pages, including metadata, alt text, internal linking, and website organization.

● Monitor website, product, and collection performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, average order value, engagement, and sell-through.

● Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure product information and digital presentation remain consistent across the website.

● Research e-commerce trends and premium brands to identify new opportunities to improve the AndersonOrd digital experience.


What We're Looking For

● 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, website merchandising, or website management preferred.

● Hands-on Shopify experience strongly preferred.

● Experience managing products, collections, variants, metafields, tags, and product information.

● Experience working with Shopify apps, integrations, and website functionality.

● Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising and website design principles.

● Understanding of conversion optimization and how website merchandising influences purchasing behavior.

● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

● Working knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices.

● Ability to manage multiple website updates and product launches simultaneously.

● Strong visual judgment with an understanding of premium brand presentation.

● Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-moving Marketing Team.


Preferred Experience

● Experience in apparel, fashion, golf, lifestyle, or another premium consumer brand.

● Familiarity with Google Analytics and e-commerce reporting.

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

● Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools.

● Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, or inventory-based merchandising is a plus.

The E-Commerce Merchandiser will help ensure AndersonOrd.com is accurate, easy to shop, visually premium, and optimized for performance. Products and collections should be intentionally merchandised, launches should be executed seamlessly, and the website should continually evolve to improve the customer experience.

  • This person will serve as an important bridge between Marketing, Product, Creative, and E-Commerce, helping AndersonOrd strengthen its digital presence and drive continued e-commerce growth.
