Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Merchandiser to manage product content and merchandising across our website. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information, optimizing online product listings, supporting website merchandising initiatives, and ensuring a high quality customer shopping experience.
The ideal candidate has experience working with large product catalogs, content management systems, spreadsheets, and image editing tools. They possess strong attention to detail and have the ability to balance accuracy, organization, and speed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Website Product Management
  • Upload and maintain product listings on the company website.
  • Enter and update product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and other specifications and inventory-related details.
  • Organize products into appropriate online categories and collections.
  • Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and consistent across the website, including naming conventions and brand standards.
  • Perform regular audits to identify and correct content errors.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, marketing, and operations teams to gather product data, manage new product launches and discontinue outdated products.
  • Monitor website content for quality assurance and user experience.

Website Merchandising
  • Merchandise products and categories to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Create and maintain category pages, featured collections, and promotional placements.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards.
  • Assist with homepage, landing page, and promotional content updates.
  • Analyze merchandising performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications
Required
  • 1-3+ years of experience in e-commerce, website merchandising, product catalog management, or related fields.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with product data entry and content management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Trello, and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
