Make An Impact:
The Sr. eCommerce Merchandiser plays a key role in driving the success of our online business by partnering on key site enhancement initiatives, site merchandising, and content to deliver the best possible user experience. This role ensures our eCommerce site is the best expression of our brand
This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
What you will do in this role:
  • Executes seasonal updates, campaigns, and promotional plans in coordination with Marketing and Merchandising teams
  • Ensure the site reflects the best expression of the brand through thoughtful product presentation and storytelling
  • Merchandise products strategically across websets and promotions - ensuring items are boosted/unboosted and displayed according to brand standards
  • Maintain accurate and optimized product data - including imagery, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and inventory
  • Conduct regular site audits to validate correct category merchandising, pricing, imagery, attribution, search functionality, and product refinements.
  • Optimize on-site search and PLP filters by regularly reviewing search terms, refining attributes, and making recommendations for new refinements to enhance discoverability based on analytics
  • Monitor and optimize product recommendation, upsell, and cross-sell strategies to drive conversion and average order value
  • Analyze site performance metrics using analytics tools & provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience
  • Shop competitive sites to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities for site enhancements
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teams to align online merchandising strategies with overall business goals
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Content teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver compelling storytelling
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional partners - including Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Web Development - to resolve issues, share insights, and drive key initiatives forward

Who You Are:
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce Merchandising, Digital Retail, or Online Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies (Google Analytics and Content Square experience preferred)
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, UX principles, and digital merchandising best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, or consumer goods industries
  • Familiarity with PIM and digital asset management systems
  • Understanding of UX principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
