OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

eCommerceMerchandising Execution & Operations

  • Executes daily and weeklyeCommercemerchandising tasks, including product setup, creative placement, and sorting adjustments as directed by the eCommerce MerchandiserManager, Senior Manager, Director or Senior Director
  • Maintainscontentaccuracy across product pages, category pages, and collection pages-ensuringtaxonomy,attribution, imagery, copy, pricing, and navigation arecorrectand up to date.
  • Supports taxonomy and navigation updates, ensuring products are properly classified and discoverable on site.
  • Manages preview, validation, and launch of live products, flagging issues and ensuring ontime golive in partnership with Content teams.
  • Assists with homepage, email, and campaign placements, preparing assets and confirming execution details.
  • Supports setup and execution of sitewide campaigns and special projects (e.g., Holiday, Fan Shop, Clearance Shop) as assigned.

Content Coordination & CrossFunctional Support

  • Coordinates with Contentteam members and vendorsto ensure timely delivery of product content-including copy, imagery, attribution, andproduct specificationsaligned with launch timelines andour higheCommercemerchandising standards.
  • Assists Marketing with execution tasks across Email, SMS, Social Media, and Performance Marketing channels as needed.
  • Supports eCommerce teams in identifying and resolving site issues, escalating toappropriate Techand operations partners
  • Coordinates withMerchandisingcounterparts onnew assortmentlaunch timelines, promotional calendars, and content readiness to ensure seamless daytoday execution.
  • Helps maintain internal trackers, calendars, and documentation to keep the team organized and on schedule.

Reporting, Learning & Business Exposure

  • Pulls and organizes category and site performance dataincluding sales, conversion, trafficto support reporting and recaps.
  • Assists in preparing regular performance summaries and adhoc reports as directed byManager
  • Begins to develop familiarity with competitive and bestinclass online merchandising strategies by reviewing competitor sites and contributing observationsto inform our eCommerce Merchandising opportunities.
  • Gains exposure to assortment discussions, promotional planning, and seasonal strategy through participation in team and crossfunctional meetings.
  • Actively seeks to learn eCommerce merchandising fundamentals, site tools, analytics platforms, and the broader retail businesstogain foundational knowledge to support career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, Merchandising
  • <1 years experience in Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce
