Assist in driving the merchandise sales and margin of the brands they support through merchandising, navigation adjustments, site optimization, maintenance and analytics.
  • Merchandising of webstore including taxonomy maintenance, product maintenance and attribution review;
  • Promotion Creation and Execution of Pricing Events;
  • Execute Site Optimization tasks inclusive of SEO best practices for Site Content, highlighting key items, sequencing of product to support promotion;
  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting and Competitive Analysis
  • Implement merchandising execution based on Manager, Brand eCommerce direction, including product sequencing, key item highlights, and promotional support.
  • Apply and maintain badging and campaign support in alignment with approved merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Assist the Manager and Analyst with competitive reporting and KPI analysis, helping surface execution issues and optimization opportunities.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Experience in E-commerce, online merchandising/sales, digital marketing, or related eCommerce business a benefit.
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: 1-2+ years in similar role
Technical/Other Skills Required(preferred but not required): Exposure to or Experience with eCommerce platforms, Data Warehouse Management systems, Content Management Systems a benefit. Exposure or experience with BazaarVoice Ratings & Reviews, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Jira/Confluence a plus.
