Helping Hand / Event Build-Out Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to help build, organize, and prepare large-scale event displays and props.

This is more than a short-term job. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and become an important part of our team over time. The right person will have the opportunity to move into a leadership position as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Organize materials, tools, supplies, and inventory
  • Assist with building and assembling props and displays
  • Help with minor fabrication and construction projects
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow daily task lists and complete assigned projects
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Take initiative and help wherever needed

Ideal Candidate
