The Ecommerce Merchandiser will support the execution and optimization of the onsite customer experience across the 5.11 ecommerce platform. This role will support product launches, promotional updates, category merchandising, and site content to drive conversion, engagement, and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, Inventory Management, and Digital Operations teams, this person will help ensure a seamless and accurate shopping experience while leveraging customer insights and performance data to improve onsite merchandising and overall site performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute onsite merchandising strategies that support conversion and revenue growth
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates across the site
  • Optimize category pages, product placement, collections, and promotional experiences
  • Monitor site health daily to ensure products, pricing, imagery, and promotions are accurate and functioning properly
  • Analyze customer behavior and site performance to identify merchandising opportunities and friction points
  • Support reporting and performance recaps tied to launches, campaigns, and key ecommerce KPIs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, Inventory Management, and Digital Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with QA, content updates, promotional setup, and ongoing site maintenance
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that improve execution and site accuracy

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital merchandising, or visual merchandising
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and onsite merchandising best practices
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms and reporting tools such as Magento, Power BI, or similar systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and customer insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
