Qualifications

eLearning Developerย  for short contract.


eLearning Developerย  needs:


  • 7+ years of Instructional Design experience
  • Strong background in multimedia development
  • Expert in the below tools:ย o Camtasia Studio 9ย o Lectora 16 or 17ย o Captivate 8 or 9ย o Photoshop CC / Snagit 13ย 
  • Proficient in below tools:
  • Excelย o Wordย o PPTย o WebExย oย  (Jive) (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective learning solutions
  • Professional writing skills, including writing effective instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts
  • Professional communication skills
  • Detail orientedย 
  • Has strong graphic design skills
  • Must be self-managed and able to respond quickly
  • Some
    understanding of technical customer services activities, software
    development and Cloud solutions (preferred but not required)ย 

eLearning Developer duties:

  • Course design
  • Interview SMEs for input goals, outcomes, objectives, format, content, etc.ย 

  • Create a scenario based course using various medias incorporated into
    Lectora including:ย o Demos/Videosย o Checklistsย o Animated segmentsย o
    Knowledge Checks/Validationย o Activities/tasks for students to complete
    using a test environment based upon their role
  • Conduct course pilot, including incorporating appropriate feedback
  • University, Connections, Wiki, SharePoint, etc.ย 
  • Provide instructions for maintaining/making updates to the deliverableย
