Job description

Find your purpose as the Instructional Design & Learning Development Facilitator at CentraCare! Instructional Design & Learning Development Facilitator designs, develops, and delivers learning experiences that support culture, leadership, performance management, and change readiness. This role creates engaging curriculum and serves as a primary facilitator for OD programs across the enterprise. 

Schedule:

  • Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • Monday-Friday Days
  • Hybrid of at-home and in-office work (St. Cloud, MN)

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $77,563.20 per year and increases with experience.
  • Salary range:  $77,563.20-116,334.40 per year
    • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, OD, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of instructional design or facilitation experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel 
  • Experience designing for healthcare or clinical environments preferred. 
  • eLearning authoring tools expertise (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) preferred. 
  • Facilitation certifications preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and facilitates highquality, scalable learning experiences aligned to leadership, culture, performance, change, and payroll. 
  • Applies adult learning best practices to translate strategy and expectations into practical, behaviorchanging experiences. 
  • Partners with OD leaders to ensure learning solutions are effective, accessible, and sustainable at scale. 
  • Improves consistency and quality of learning experiences across the organization. 
  • Enables scalable development for a workforce of 10,000+ while maintaining strong execution. 
  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills 

 Instructional Design 

  • Design scalable learning programs using adult learning and learning science. 
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, eLearning, videos, micro-learning, and job aids. 
  • Translate OD frameworks into practical, high-quality learning experiences. 
  • Maintain and update curriculum to align to organizational strategy and culture. 

Facilitation 

  • Facilitate leadership programs, culture workshops, performance management training, payroll, and change readiness sessions. 
  • Provide coaching and reinforcement during workshops. 
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality across departments. 

Program Support & Evaluation 

  • Manage logistics for enterprise learning programs. 
  • Conduct evaluations, surveys, and impact analysis. 
  • Track participation, outcomes, and recommend improvements. 

Content Management & Continuous Improvement 

  • Maintain a repository of OD learning materials. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with branding and messaging standards. 
  • Integrate blended learning and technology enhancements.
