Job description

We’re seeking a senior-level Sitecore engineer who can step into a technical lead role and help guide a team through an exciting migration to SitecoreAI. This is a remote opportunity with a preference for candidates located in the Twin Cities, offering the chance to support meaningful work on a high-impact digital platform.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical efforts for a team working on a Sitecore-based platform and provide hands-on engineering support
  • Help guide the transition from Sitecore XP on Managed Cloud to SitecoreAI
  • Collaborate with team members to define requirements, system scope, and design approach
  • Develop clear documentation for application updates and new functionality
  • Build and enhance applications in alignment with established architecture, processes, and delivery methods
  • Partner with internal teams to support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues as needed
  • Provide regular status updates and coordinate work across stakeholders and technical partners
  • Stay current on evolving tools, platforms, and industry best practices
Skills
  • Strong experience as a senior or principal-level Sitecore engineer
  • Background working in a Sitecore Managed Cloud environment
  • Experience with React and Next.js
  • Experience using Vercel
  • Ability to step into a technical lead role with minimal direction
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create thoughtful documentation and work across technical teams
