Job description

Join a dynamic digital learning team supporting the creation, localization, and delivery of engaging online education experiences for healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, improving learner experiences, and collaborating across global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of digital learning platforms and tools used to deliver online education experiences
  • Manage course tracking, engagement data, troubleshooting, and coordination across multiple learning systems
  • Lead localization and translation workflows from content review through final quality checks
  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure localized learning content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
  • Make updates to existing eLearning content in Articulate Storyline, including surveys, media updates, and design cleanup
  • Work with internal stakeholders to source updated assets and ensure content changes remain clinically accurate and on brand
  • Coordinate with external vendors supporting eLearning design, development, and delivery
  • Collect, analyze, and report on learning engagement data across digital learning platforms
  • Support reporting automation and dashboard development to improve visibility into program performance and trends
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional technology, learning operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, including building, editing, and publishing content
