Join Our Team

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Drug Testing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside other trained professionals in an office and field setting, performing drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing for:ย 
    • Federally regulated (DOT) and non-regulated companies
    • Schools and court-ordered programs
  • Collect DNA samples for paternity, forensic, and other testing services
  • Travel to client sites for on-site collections (variable hours)
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours/emergency testing (premium pay included)
  • Maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures for all specimens
  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment
  • Accurately document results and prepare detailed reports for clients
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment
Qualifications

  • Positive attitude with strong professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and donors
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the home office for on-call response

All employees are certified in DOT urine, breath alcohol, and oral fluid testing (valid for 5 years).
