  • You will maintain a high level of accuracy when indexing loan and account documents.
  • You will prepare and file scanned batches within required turnaround times.
  • You will escalate complex cases and identify trends to support team learning.
  • You will monitor scanning equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • You will support efficient document workflows through timely and accurate processing.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) (High School/Associates/Bachelors) High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
