Job Brief
Project Data Analyst I
Eagle Harbor, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Administrative Assistant to support the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Chantilly, VA.
Qualified candidates will be expected to provide document data analysis and administrative support services.
Responsibilities include but not are limited to the following:
  • Record a variety of source documentation into financial and other management systems, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Process, verify and submit payments;
  • Provide support in general accounting clerical operations;
  • Ensure that transactions and expenditures do not exceed the amount of the obligations;
  • Complete data input assignments, prepare letters/emails;
  • Follow specific and detailed accounting procedures. Completed work is reviewed for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Perform related work as required.
  • Individual will be required to retrieve/review information from classified systems.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Must possess an active SECRET security clearance or above
  • Must be able to pass an Agency background check
  • Bachelor's degree ( Business Administration preferred) or four (4) years specialized experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Coordinating calendars for managers and executives
  • Coordinatite conferences/meetings
  • Experience with scheudling travel and completing travel vouchers
  • Skill using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Positions are located Chantilly, VA.
Salary is 53K
