Title: People Experience Specialist
Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid role once training is complete)
Level: Entry-Level Professional - Human Resources Reports To: Director, People Strategy & Experience
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + 10% bonus

JOB PURPOSE
Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, data management, and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely HR processes, maintain data integrity, and support consistent employee experience and payroll administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate onboarding, preboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation and system updates
- Schedule onboarding sessions and support orientation with leaders
- Guide managers, new hires, and departing employees through HR processes
- Identify and recommend improvements to lifecycle workflows
Payroll & HR Data Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping, and PTO data to support payroll processing
- Assist Payroll Specialist with administrative support and employee payroll inquiries
- Compile and distribute recurring HR reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure HR data integrity for reporting, compliance, and payroll accuracy
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support recognition programs, milestone tracking, and employee rewards initiatives
- Coordinate engagement events, trainings, and annual company gatherings
- Manage onboarding materials and employee swag distribution
- Support engagement communications and tracking programs
HR Support, Compliance & Stakeholders
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Escalate employee relations and complex issues to HR partners as needed
- Identify and report compliance issues related to policies and regulations
- Support change management initiatives through communication and coordination
- Coordinate meetings, materials, and actions across stakeholders
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- 7-12 months of team support experience preferred
