Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on those assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services utilizing secure virtual platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and convenience.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, guiding them through the therapeutic process while providing ongoing support and motivation.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or mindfulness-based strategies, customized to meet individual client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Document each therapy session meticulously, including client progress notes and treatment adjustments, in compliance with organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve are diverse, encompassing a wide range of ages and backgrounds and addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients’ challenges, demonstrating commitment to their well-being.
• Strong organizational capabilities, adeptness at time management, and proficiency in remote documentation practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Experience with telehealth modalities and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with clients who have diverse backgrounds and presenting mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience.
