Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to understand each client's unique needs and formulate customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individuals, families, and groups, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay informed about current best practices and advancements in mental health care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Open Doors Counseling Group, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to families navigating substance misuse and trauma. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
