Job Description
Responsible for receiving and processing physical mail and paper documents, preparing, scanning, indexing, and quality-checking records to ensure accurate digital imaging, storage, and retrieval. Maintains high productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment by managing electronic records, utilizing multiple computer applications, handling document materials up to 20 pounds, and collaborating with business partners to support timely delivery of digitized documents and records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process physical mail deliveries from the mailroom, preparing documents for imaging and digital processing.
  • Operate high-speed scanning equipment to convert paper documents into electronic images for downstream business workflows.
  • Perform document indexing and quality control to ensure accurate imaging, record storage, and future retrieval.
  • Manage electronic records in accordance with organizational retention and storage requirements.
  • Utilize multiple computer applications, web browsers, and dual/multi-screen environments to efficiently process and track document workflows.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity while handling high volumes of documents in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lift, move, and organize boxes of documents and paper materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of digitized documents and records.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be combined to satisfy the minimum education and experience requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.95 - $27.45 / hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
