Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations and administration functions for RTS Intercom, Telex Radio Dispatch, and Telex Aviation, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes, manage data, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
Sales Operations:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Administer and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to support accurate revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with finance and Growth leadership on annual and quarterly planning.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align goals and initiatives.

Sales Administration:
  • Manage contract administration, including review, compliance, and documentation.
  • Coordinate pricing approvals, discount structures, pricing and promotional programs.
  • Manage the Unilateral Pricing Program, co-ordinate with committee and liaise with Legal council as and when required.
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution of campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and credit management in collaboration with finance.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data integrity across all systems (SAP, CRM etc.).
  • Monitor and manage sales incentive programs and commission calculations.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), SAP and sales analytics tools and Power Point
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and revenue operations best practices.
  • Experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$110,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
