Job description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Division Manager in Meridian, MS. The Division Manager holds full accountability for the division's profit and loss, sales performance, and operational excellence. This leader coordinates sales, operations, and administrative teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability while mentoring a diverse staff of managers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep experience in telecommunications or technical construction management.

Job Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: $135,000 to $160,000 Annually BOE

Licenses/Certifications Required:

  • RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) preferred
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all division activities related to profit, loss, sales, and operations to ensure financial and growth targets are met.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the sales, operations, and administrative staff within the branch.
  • Ensure Department and Branch Managers effectively recruit, hire, train, and supervise all project-related leadership.
  • Develop and monitor sales opportunities and quota achievement to drive division revenue.
  • Lead the delivery and customer satisfaction efforts, serving as the primary liaison for customer representatives.
  • Participate in and facilitate the bid process for new projects and contracts.
  • Coordinate customer account activities across established division territories and manage workload distribution.
  • Create, develop, and implement process improvements for division-wide administrative and operational functions.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to the leadership team, conducting annual performance reviews and setting developmental goals.
  • Complete and present comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to executive management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical construction field.
  • Proven ability to define project scopes, develop detailed tasks, and manage complex projects to completion.
  • High level of proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to give professional oral presentations to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple Department or Branch Managers and their associated personnel.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel within the division territory as needed.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory for meetings and daily operations.
  • Must be able to effectively read, write, and present information in a professional environment.
  • Capacity to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to maintain a Company-sponsored credit card and meet minimum driving standards.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
