MEPPI’s Critical Power Solutions Division (CPSD) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Division Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to division leadership and teams. In this role, you will ensure effective coordination, communication, and execution of division activities while supporting cross-functional collaboration and maintaining a professional division presence.


What You’ll Do

Support Communication & Coordination: Facilitate internal and external communication, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and route inquiries across teams. Track requests and assist with follow-up and resolution.
Serve as a Division Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between CPSD leadership and internal departments to support division initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Prepare Reports & Documentation: Create, organize, and distribute reports using MEPPI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional formatting.
Support Onboarding & Training: Assist with onboarding activities and coordination of training resources for new CPSD employees.
Develop Presentations & Communications: Prepare presentation materials and written communications for customer meetings, business planning sessions, and leadership updates. Support division-wide messaging efforts.
Manage Travel & Expenses: Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain calendars, and prepare expense reports for CPSD management.
Plan Meetings & Events: Develop and maintain schedules for internal, customer, and subcontractor meetings; organize special events and social functions as needed.
Represent CPSD Professionally: Promote a positive and professional image of the Division through effective interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.


What You Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree
