Lead a High-Performance Tree Care Division.
Parshall Tree Care Experts is seeking a driven and experienced Tree Division Leader to lead our tree care operations, develop high-performing crews, and help grow one of the most critical divisions within our company. Position Overview
The Tree Division Leader is responsible for overseeing all tree care operations within their assigned branch.
This role leads tree crews, ensures production efficiency, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports the growth of the division. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other divisions to ensure operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, train, and develop Tree Team Leaders and crew members
  • Provide coaching, accountability, and performance management
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career path development
  • Build a strong, safety-focused team culture

Operational Management
  • Oversee daily tree care operations for all GTC crews and services
  • Ensure crews operate efficiently and meet production expectations
  • Work with scheduling staff to maintain productive workflows
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently

Service Quality & Customer Experience
  • Ensure all services meet Parshall's quality standards
  • Review job scopes and ensure work is performed correctly
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and support crews in the field
  • Address customer concerns when needed

Sales Support & Project Oversight
  • Ensure job scopes are accurate and achievable
  • Oversee execution of complex or large-scale projects, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations
  • Work in unison with sales and scheduling teams to ensure jobs and projects are executed efficiently

Safety & Equipment Oversight
  • Lead safety training and enforce safety standards
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
  • Oversee maintenance programs and expectations of GTC equipment

Qualifications
Required
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Experience in tree care, arboriculture, or related field operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CDL Class A with Airbrakes endorsement (Preferred)
  • CDL Class B with Airbrakes endorsement (Required)
  • ISA Certified Arborist (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience leading tree crews or production-based service teams
  • Experience managing equipment, safety programs, and jobsite operations
