Requirements 

  • Current licensure as an MD/DO, PA-C/NP in the State of Michigan
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Division Head in strategic planning, goal setting, and execution of divisional initiatives
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow oversight, and policy implementation
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty/staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management processes
  • Help oversee budgets, resources, and compliance with institutional or organizational policies
  • Represent the division in meetings, committees, and cross-functional collaborations
  • Step in for the Division Head as needed to ensure continuity of leadership
