Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for the Telco Global Business Unit
  • Entry of Purchase Orders using HPE internal and external purchase order (PO) systems, providing periodic status reports on all open orders, along with historical data
  • Acquire strong working knowledge of HPE internal PO and Order Status systems, to perform PO management, receipt of goods, assisting in vendor invoice reconciliation
  • Ensure full coordination with the HPE Security team to implement all required procedures and, where necessary, document exceptions to meet both customer and HPE security compliance.
  • Receiving purchased goods into inventory management system and physical delivery to the appropriate Ft Collins based personnel or inventory storage locations
  • Coordinate shipping of purchased goods to non-FTC locations: HPE & customer or partner locations - domestic and international
  • Creation of HPE Shipping Documents (ROSA, etc.) for international & domestic shipping to HPE and customers and parter's locations.
  • Obtain Global Trade mandated product identification information (CTO) utilizing Global Trade business systems for internationally shipped systems
  • Creation of special international shipping documentation required for certain countries - working with HPE personnel in those locations
  • Perform Telco Lab Operations activities on a regular basis
  • Produces reports using IT systems and analyzes data to develop trend reports
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Researches and analyzes priority projects within established guidelines.

Education and Experience Required

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain or operational function.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes, including Inventory Management principles and processes
  • Working knowledge of Computer Equipment Shipping principles and process (how to securely/safely ship...)
  • Working knowledge of International Shipping principles and process (IOR, ultimate consignee, etc.)
  • Working knowledge and ability to perform basic IT infrastructure tasks such as server installation, network cabling, updating of hardware & network layout documentation
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (45 lbs.), use pallet jack
  • Strong communication, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 desktop suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.), and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
