Job description

Seeking Division Order Analyst This role is ideal for someone early in their career in the oil and gas industry or a professional with limited land administration experience looking to take the next step in their career. The Division Order Analyst I will support ownership and revenue distribution activities by reviewing ownership documentation, maintaining owner records, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of division of interest information. The successful candidate will work closely with Land, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure accurate ownership data and timely resolution of owner inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Petroleum Land Management, or a related field highly preferred. Approximately 1–2 years of experience in land administration, division orders, land records, owner relations, revenue accounting support, or a related function. Internship, coursework, or other exposure to the oil and gas industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze information, conduct basic research, and solve problems. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
