Job description

PMI is a Commercial Construction and Facility Service Company.

We currently have the following position available:


Divisional Manager

The Divisional Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the division's operations and enhancing overall efficiency. This position involves overseeing a medium-sized team currently consisting of 12-15 members and participating in shared decision-making to ensure smooth policy implementation and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

· Provide operational support to enhance divisional workflows

· Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators

· Implement policies to ensure compliance and consistency across the division in accordance with corporate policies

· Monitor team and divisional performance and recommend improvements

· Resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment

· Payroll, PTO management

· Work Order review (managing statuses and current info)

· Expense review / approval of purchases made on corporate accounts: AMEX, WEX, supply houses

· Ensure all approved hard costs are properly entered into the Work Order management system

· Provide answers to corporate inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role

· Experience with commercial construction work

This position requires a daily presence at our Portage IN office.
