Full-Time Remote LMFT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide therapy services in a remote setting. This role focuses on helping clients understand the patterns affecting their relationships, communication, home life, emotional health, and ability to manage stress.

You will work with a steady caseload and provide care through telehealth appointments. This position is ideal for an LMFT who wants professional consistency while continuing to do meaningful therapy work with individuals, couples, and families.

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote counseling to clients across Indiana
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families on relational and emotional concerns
  • Conduct intake sessions and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Use appropriate therapy methods based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate session notes and treatment updates
  • Support clients with communication, problem-solving, conflict, and coping strategies
  • Follow all privacy and clinical care requirements for telehealth services

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong understanding of family systems, relational dynamics, and treatment planning
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
