Well, look no further! Zinger Property Group (affiliate of RuMe Property Management) is searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Indianapolis, IN. Successful Maintenance Technician's come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, apartment maintenance, and other related industries. Skill set should include general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
