The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of 52 residential units, managing daily operations and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle lease management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relations. The Property Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Section 8 housing guidelines, while working independently and supported by administrative staff.
