Responsibilities:

  • The APM will be responsible for providing on-site leadership for contract personnel
  • Be a SME(Subject Matter Expert) in Multiple Security Disciplines specific to Personnel Security
  • Ensure that suspense requirements are met, and that products and support services are in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Interface effectively with customers and deliver quality products.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and administer work assignments set forth in delivery orders, and ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted as required.
  • Review, evaluate and adjudicate reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records to determine whether to grant, deny, revoke, suspend or restrict security clearances consistent with fitness issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) year of professional experience specializing in Personnel Security, Adjudications experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lead or supervisory in managing government contracting staff
  • Written and oral communications skills commensurate with a supervisor
  • Must be customer oriented and results driven
