McHappy's Donuts is seeking an experienced, results-driven District Director to provide leadership across multiple bakery and restaurant locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven operations leader who is passionate about developing people, driving business results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support multiple store management teams.

Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop managers and future leaders.

Ensure consistent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

Monitor financial performance, labor, inventory, and operating costs.

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, bakery, retail, or food service management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

Experience with budgeting, P&L management, staffing, and operational planning.

Ability to travel between locations as needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
