Shade Central City School District is seeking a dedicated and experienced educational leader to serve as Superintendent.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the districts academic programs, staff, operations, finances, and community relations while working collaboratively with the Board of Education, faculty, staff, students, parents, and community.
Qualifications:
Pennsylvania Superintendent letter of eligibility
Successful administrative and educational leadership experience
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student achievement and educational excellence
Ability to work effectively with staff, students, families, and the community
