Job description

Distribution Account Manager

Location: Tomball,TX | Job Type: Full-Time On Site | Department: Distribution Sales

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and great at keeping orders on track from start to finish? Hoelscher is looking for a Distribution Account Manager to own sales order entry and processing for our valued distributor partners — including standard and custom door and millwork orders — for our residential door products.

As our Distribution Account Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing sales orders in the ERP and processing standard and custom order requests. You'll work cross-functionally with production, shipping, and design teams to make sure every order is processed correctly and moves smoothly from PO to delivery. Strong data entry accuracy and follow-through are essential to keeping accounts running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys process-driven work, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in getting orders right the first time.

What You'll Do

  • Enter and process sales orders in NetSuite accurately for each purchase order received
  • Convert configured items into work orders and prepare production and shipping paperwork
  • Process standard and custom quote requests, including markup calculations for custom millwork
  • Coordinate CAD requests and drawing approvals for custom orders with design and production teams
  • Maintain organized order files and documentation throughout the order lifecycle
  • Track order status and communicate updates to customers as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service by answering product questions and guiding customers through the order process
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls, and support fellow Account Managers as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with sales order entry and processing; NetSuite experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry and documentation
  • Comfort managing multiple orders, quotes, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience in building materials, door systems, millwork, or a related industry a plus
  • Strong product knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn our door products to support customers accurately
  • A customer-first attitude and commitment to excellent service
  • Clear written and verbal communication for customer and internal coordination

Why Join Us

At Hoelscher, you'll be part of a collaborative team where accuracy and reliability keep our distribution partners running smoothly. If you take pride in precise, well-organized work and want a role where your attention to detail directly impacts the business, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us open the door to your next opportunity!
