Join our team as a Dispatcher at the amusement park! As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, professionalism, service excellence, and surveillance. Your responsibilities will include receiving and transmitting messages, tracking merchandise, recording important information, and assisting in surveillance activities to maintain the safety and security of our park.

Job Description:
  • Operating telephones and providing information as needed.
  • Taking calls for assistance and maintaining and documenting call records.
  • Directing radio traffic and dispatching calls.
  • Operating two-way radio consoles for effective communication.
  • Providing information and transferring calls as required.
  • Monitoring surveillance cameras to enhance park security.
  • Typing computer operating logs and utilizing Microsoft Office software.
  • Comfortably handling various computer operations.
  • Communicating cordially with all team members regarding rides maintenance and service.
  • Tackling any other duties assigned to support park operations.

Requirements
