With decades of experience, we are known for our top-tier equipment, responsive service, and reliable support. We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in our Garland, TX office.

Position Overview:
As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be the front line of our service department—handling customer service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from customers requesting service on commercial laundry equipment

  • Accurately enter service requests into our dispatching system

  • Coordinate and schedule service calls for assigned field technicians

  • Communicate with customers regarding service status, technician arrival times, and follow-up needs

  • Troubleshoot basic service issues and provide support or escalation as needed

  • Monitor technician workloads and adjust scheduling to optimize efficiency

  • Ensure all service tickets are completed accurately and closed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service role (preferred in service/repair industry)
