Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Disney Springs offers an elevated yet approachable dining experience featuring seasonal California cuisine and Wolfgang Puck’s signature hospitality. We’re part of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, where teamwork, pride in craft, and attention to detail are part of every shift.

We are hiring Dishwashers to support our kitchen and dish team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and flow during service. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Job Summary

As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in kitchen operations by keeping dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment clean and sanitized. You will help maintain a clean, organized back-of-house and support our culinary and service teams to deliver great guest experiences.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils using commercial dishwashers and by hand

  • Keep dish station and surrounding areas clean and organized

  • Collect and pre-rinse dishes and kitchen tools from dining room and kitchen stations

  • Empty trash and recyclables as needed

  • Sweep and mop floors in dish and prep areas

  • Assist kitchen team with light prep tasks when necessary

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines

  • Maintain proper stock of clean supplies (pots, pans, trays, etc.)

  • Assist with kitchen cleaning projects as assigned

Pay: $17 / hour

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks

  • Good communication and teamwork attitude

  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

  • Familiarity with commercial dishwashers and sanitation procedures

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to walk, bend, reach, and lift in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in hot, humid kitchen conditions
