CNP Concierge - "Mayor of Chicken N Pickle"
Position Overview
The CNP Concierge, affectionately known as the "Mayor of Chicken N Pickle," is the first to extend a warm welcome to every guest who walks through our doors. This highly visible role sets the tone for the entire Chicken N Pickle experience - greeting patrons with energy and confidence, providing clear direction, and ensuring everyone feels comfortable, informed, and excited to be at our venues.
This person is mature, poised, calm under pressure, and able to command a space with charisma. As the head guest greeter and guide, they create moments of genuine hospitality from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary greeter for all guests entering Chicken N Pickle
  • Create a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic first impression
  • Proactively approach guests - no one walks in without a welcome
  • Clearly explain how Chicken N Pickle works (pickleball, dining, courts, events, activities)
  • Direct guests to the appropriate areas: courts, dining spaces, event rooms, host stand, retail, etc.
  • Escort and/or guide event groups to their designated locations
  • Support communication between Events, Hosts, and Operations teams for smooth guest flow
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer solutions before being asked
  • Help manage crowd flow during peak times with confidence and composure
  • Uphold venue standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest safety awareness
  • Be a visible, approachable presence on the floor - always "on stage"
  • Assist with basic FAQ: reservations, timelines, scoring, equipment, menus, activities
  • Support special events, tournaments, and promotions as needed
  • Knowledgeable about all things Chicken N Pickle, including our menu, pickleball, events and promotions
