- Monitor category metrics (pipeline, conversion, throughput, turnaround times, quality, margin) and report results with actionable plans

- Represents Goldin as the lead for the category at trade shows and special events; ensures readiness, timely cataloging, accurate authentication, and compelling presentation

- Solves complex consignment and business challenges that have significant potential impact to Goldin

What you will bring:

- Bachelor's degree and proven general manager experience; track record of driving topline growth while meeting operational standards

- 10+ years of experience in general management and demonstrated success at building and managing a high-performing team

- Deep familiarity with collectibles, entertainment memorabilia, or adjacent specialty categories; knowledge of studio/estate relationships is a plus

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales and operational teams; able to set goals, coach performance, and hold teams accountable

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence partners, studios, estates, and internal stakeholders

- Operational rigor with a focus on security, compliance, and insurance-aligned inventory standards; comfort implementing SOPs and controls

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across sales, marketing, and operations; highly organized with strong follow-through

- Experience coordinating marketing support for category launches or auctions; data-driven approach to optimizing campaign impact

- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and operational tools; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
